"Donna Weaver studied sculpting, painting and print-making at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, graduating with a fine arts degree in 1966. A native of northern Kentucky, she worked for several of the area’s toy companies, including Kenner Toys and Hasbro, sculpting action figures and other toys.
