Rückseite: Wappenschild umgeben von vier bekrönten Spiegelinitialen F, dazwischen R für Rex.

Medaille im Gewicht von vier Dukaten geprägt anläßlich der Krönung zum König in Preußen am 18. Januar 1701 in Königsberg.
