ἔτους πέμπτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος Σεβαστοῦ Ἀραβικοῦ Ἀδιαβηνικοῦ μηνὸς Γερμανικείου Παχὼν ἐνἐν κώμῃ Πτο λεμαίδι Εὐεργέτιδι τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νο μοῦ. ὁμολογεῖ Ἁτρῆς Ἀφροδισίου μητρὸς Νεκφεραῦτος ἀπὸ κώμης Κα ρανίδος ὡς ἐτῶν μ οὐλὴ γόνατι Χαι ρᾶτι Πασίωνος ἀπὸ τῆς μητροπό λεως ὡς ἐτῶν ἀριστερ πεπρακέναι αὐτῷ τὸν ὁμο λογοῦντα ὄνον ἄρρενα πῶλον μυόχρουν τοῦτον τοιοῦτον ἀνα πόρριφονἀναπόριφον καὶ παρειληφέναι αὐτὸν καὶ ἀπέχειν τὸν Ἁτρῆν τὰς τῆς τιμῆςτειμῆς ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τριακοσίας διὰ χειρὸς ἐκ πλήρους καὶ βεβαιώ σεικσει ἀπὸ παντὸς τοῦ ἐπιλημψομέ νουεπιλημψομεου.
