Front: Auf eine Krone gesetzt das Brustbild König Alfons V. von Aragon im Harnisch mit Mantel nach rechts. Auf der Brust halten zwei geflügelte Figuren einen Schild mit einer Kentauromachie. Unten rechts ein Medusenkopf (Gorgoneion).
Rear: Auf einem von Sphingen getragenen Thron sitzt König Alfons V. mit Schwert und Globus, bekrönt von Victoria, links, und Mars, rechts. Auf der Abschnittsleiste die Signatur CHRISTOPHORVS HIERIMIA.
Pierced: Intentional hole(s) pierced through a coin so that it can be worn on a neclace, sewn onto textiles, etc. In case of paper money such a perforation often indicates devaluation.
