Die königlichen Bauern aus Tinteris und anderen Dörfern wenden sich an den Strategen und Steuerbeamten Soteles wegen der unzureichenden Nilüberschwemmung des Jahres 50 v.Chr., der Flucht vieler auswärtiger Arbeiter aus ihrem Gebiet und einer „staterismos“ genannte Steuer.
