Description

Neokles verkauft dem Petoys ein Grundstück und verpflichtet sich, im Agoranomion von Oxyrhynchos die Registrierung des Kaufs innerhalb von 10 Tagen vorzunehmen. Falls er dies nicht tut, muss er dem Petoys den Kaufpreis samt Strafgeld zahlen. Der Kaufpreis wurde wahrscheinlich im Voraus als Kredit gewährt.

ἀπὸ λιβὸς καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει ἀγορανομίου ἀφʼ ἧς ἂν ἡμέρας Πετῶυς Νεοκλεῖ προ είπηι ἐν ἡμέραις δέκα τασσομένου Πετώυτος τὰ γεινόμενα ἀναλώματα. ἐὰν δὲ Νεοκλῆς μὴ δῶι Πετώυτι ὠνὴν κατὰ τὰ γεγραμμένα, ἀποτεισάτω Νεοκλῆς Πετώυτι τὴν προγεγραμμένην τιμὴν καὶ ἐπίτιμον ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τριακοσίας καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις ἔστω Πετώυτι παρὰ Νεοκλέους πράσσοντι κατὰ τὸ διάγραμμα. ἡ δὲ συγγραφὴ ἥδε κυρία ἔστω οὗ ἂν ἐπιφέρηται. μάρτυρες.
