Front: Cista mystica mit halb geöffnetem Deckel, aus der sich eine Schlange herauswindet. Gerahmt von Efeukranz.
Rear: Zwei sich aufrichtende Schlangen, zwischen ihnen ein Köcher. Im l. F. außen ZΜΥΡ, im r. F. außen Kopf der Tyche nach r., darüber die Jahresangabe H (= Jahr 8). Oben, zwischen den Schlangenköpfen, ein Monogramm.
