Front: Cista mystica mit halb geöffnetem Deckel, aus der sich eine Schlange herauswindet. Gerahmt von Efeukranz.
Rear: Zwei sich aufrichtende Schlangen, zwischen ihnen ein Köcher. Im l. F. außen ΤΡΑΛ, darüber ein Doppelfüllhorn (dikeras). Im r. F. außen steht Tyche nach l. In ihrem l. Arm trägt sie ein Füllhorn (cornucopia). Darunter Δ[Α?].
