παρὰ Τασεῖτος τῆς Μύστου τοῦ Ἰσῶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Σεντρεμπαεὶ μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συγγενοῦς Ὡρίωνος τοῦ Κάστορος. ὑπάρχει μοι ἐν τῇ προκειμένῃ κώμῃ Θεαδελφείᾳ οἰκία καὶ αὐλὴ ἐν ᾗ κατοικῶ καὶ ἐν ἑτέρῳ τόπῳ ἄλλο τέταρτον μέρος οἰκίας καὶ αἰθρίου καὶ αὐλῆς ἃς καὶ ἀπογρά φομαι εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους θεοῦ Αἰλίου Ἀντωνίνου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφήν. καί εἰμι Τασεῖς ἡ προγεγραμμένη ἐτῶν μδ ἄσημος. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὴν ἀπογραφήν.
