μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Φλαυίου Ζήνωνος τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου τὸ γ Θὼθ ιη ε ἰνδικτιῶνος. Φλαυίῳ ἸωάννῃἸωαννώ Ταυρίνου σκρινιαρίῳ τῆς στρατιωτικῆς τάξεως ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως τῆς λαμπροτάτης παρὰ Αὐρηλίου ΦοιβάμμωνοςΦοιβαμμων Θούρβωνος μητρὸς Ἑλένης ἀπὸ κώμης Πτεμενκύρκεως Ποιμένων τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ χαίρειν. βούλομαι ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μισθώσασθαι παρὰ σοῦ ἐπὶ τρι ετῆ χρόνον τὰς ὑπαρχούσας σοι ἀρούρας δύο ἐν πεδιάδιπαιδιάτι τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Πτεμενκύρκεως Ποιμένων εἰς σπορὰν καὶ κατάθεσιν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου ἀποτάκτου τοῦ πρὸς ἀλλήλους συμπεφωνημέ νου κατʼ ἔτος χρυσοῦ νομισματίωννομισματια δύο ζυγῷ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως παρὰ κεράτια ἕξ , γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια β ζυγῷ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως παρὰ κεράτια ϛ, ὅνπερ φόρον ἀποδώσω σοι πρὸς λῆξινλῆξειν ἐν τῷ μηνὶ Μεσορὴ κατʼ ἔτος ἀνυπερθέτως καὶ μετὰ συμπλήρωσιν τοῦ χρόνου τῆς μισθώσεως παραδώσω σοι ἀρού ραςἀρουρῶν δύο ὡς παρείληφα. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
