Παπνούθης φρουρὸς διὰ τοῦ κυρίου Φοιβάμμωνος Λεωντίου τῷ ἀδελφῷ Φοιβάμμωνι Τριαδέλφουδριαδελφου. ἐδεξάμην παρὰ σοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ γραμματίου σίτου ἀρτάβας τριάκοντατριάκωντα , γίνονται λ ἀρτάβαι, γενήματος τρίτης ἰνδικτιώνοςϊνδικτιονος ει σὴν ἀσφάλειανσυν ασφαλει πεποίημαιποιημε πετ ὡς πρόκειται. Ἐπὶφ ιε τρίτης ἰνδικτιώνοςϊνδικτιονος. Παπνούθης φρουρὸς ὁ προκείμενος στοιχεῖ μοι τὸ ἐντάγιονἐντάκιον ὡς πρόκειται.
