Description

Only exceptional warriors were permitted to wear this jewellery as a mark of distinction. Unauthorized wearers would be no match for the unique power of tiger claws. The Naga have a special relationship to tigers. Some Naga, so-called tiger people, can be possessed by a tiger spirit. The Namzik Naga today refer to themselves as Wancho, Nocte or Konyak Naga.
