Warrior shawl (jihussi)
The decoration on the shawl suggests that it may have been made by Chang Naga, and later belonged to Ao Naga. It was worn only by successful headhunters. On the upper right-hand side are hornbill feathers, goat hair edged with orchid stems and a stylized human figure – which indicate its use in headhunting. The patterns are made of cowries.
