γινώσκειν θέλομεν τὴν ὑμετέραν λαμπρότητα ὅτι ἀρτίως μεμαθήκαμεν ἐνταῦθα ὡς ὅτι ἔφθασεν τὰ αὐτόθι ὁ μεγαλοπρεπέστατος Ἰωάννης ὁ ἐπίκλην Ψιχελατος, καὶ εἰ ἀληθές ἐστιν θελήσατε φροντίσαι περὶ τῆς κατορθώσεως καθὼς ὑμῖν συνέθετο· ὑμῶν γὰρ προμαρτυρουμένων ἐπὶ σχολῆς προστάγματα οὔτε τίποτε ἐλάβαμεν ἕως ἂν τὴν ἀπόκρισιν δεξώμεθα παρʼ ὑμῶν· μὴ οὖν ἐθελήσετε ῥαθυμῆσαι καὶ εἰς ἀμέλειαν τὸ πρᾶγμα περιποιησας·περιποιησς οἴδατε γὰρ ὅτι ὁ κίνδυνος εἰς ὑμᾶς απαριων προείρηται, εἰ ἀληθὲς αὐτόθι ἐστὶν βλέπετε τὸ πρᾶγμα ὑμῶν μηδένα δηλώσατε ἡμῖν τὰ περὶ τῆς τελείας α ἀνʼ ἕκαστόν ἐστι πάντα θετι
