Die Steuerpächter des Heiligen Tors von Syene Herakleides und Isidoros, vertreten durch ihren Assistenten (βοηθός) Pachompsachis, quittieren Petorzmethis, Sohn des Pete- und der Thinpetorsmethes, die Zahlung der Kopfsteuer (λαογραφία) für das 5. Jahr des Antoninus Pius in Höhe von 17 Drachmen und 1 Obolos.
