Der Gerber Aurelios Phoibammon, Sohn des Pinution und der ...othea, kauft von Taurinos (II), Sohn des Johannes und Presbyter der Kirche von Hermupolis, die Ernte seiner Akazienhaine in zwei Fluren namens ...ale und Tarix für 7 Goldkeratien jährlich. Die Samen der Akazien wurden im Gerberhandwerk benutzt. Der Kauf ist als Pacht stilisiert. Unterschrift des Schreibhelfers Theodotos und der Zeugen (einer mit dem Namen Johannes).

μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Ὀππορτούνου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου, Παῦνι η, δ ἰνδικτίονος. Ταυρίνῳ τῷ εὐλαβεστάτῳ πρεσβυτέρῳ καθολικῆς ἐκκλησίας τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν, υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς ἀρίστης μνήμης Ἰωάννου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Φοιβάμμωνος Πινουτίωνος μητρὸς οθέας σκυτέως ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαι ρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς εὐλαβείας ἐφʼ ὃν βούλει χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς παρούσης τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος ὅλον τὸν καρπὸν τῶν ὑπαρχόντων ὑμῖν ἀκανθώνων τῶν ὄντων ἐν τόπῳ λεγομένῳ αλη καὶ ἐν τόπῳ καλουμένῳ Ταριξ οἵας ἐστὶν διαθέσεως η ἡμετέραν χρῆσιν, φόρου τούτων κατʼ ἔτος χρυσοῦ κεράτια ἑπτά , ὅνπερ χρυσικὸν φόρον ἀποδώσω τῇ εὐλαβείᾳ τῷ Θὼθ μηνὶ ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀνυπερθέτως· ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
