Beeidete Erklärung der namentlich genannten Dorfältesten von Korphotoi über die Instandhaltung von drei namentlich genannten Kanälen in der Umgebung des Dorfes mit Quittung an den Toparchen der Toparchie Agema Herakleios über den Erhalt von 120 Drachmen für die Instandhaltungsarbeiten über die Bank des Arios.

Ἁτρῆς Ἁρπαήσιος καὶ Λαδάμας Πελάσιος καὶ Ἁρσιῆσις Ὥρου καὶ Πετεῦρις Πετοσίριος καὶ Ἁτρῆς Σεμθέως καὶ Σεμθονάης Μεγχείους καὶ Ἁρσισόις Ἁρπαήσιος πρεσβύτεροι τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Κορφοτοὶ ὀμνύομεν Θεὸν Αὐτοκράτορα Καίαρα Θεοῦ Υἱὸν εἶ μὴν ἄξειν καὶ στεγνώσειν καὶ παρυλιεῖν τὰ περὶ τὴν κώμην δημόσια χώματα τρία ὧν εἶναι τὸ λεγόμενον Ζανήριος καὶ τὸ λεγόμενον— Μεγάλης ὁδοῦ καὶ τὸ ἀπὸ λιβὸς τοῦ ωνίου παραδείσου καὶ ἐπισκάψειν καὶ αρήσειν νυκτὸς καὶ ἡμέρας μένον αραγη καὶ αακοπα μέχρι τῆς τοῦ ποταμοῦ ἀποβάσεως ὄντες ἀλληλέγγυοι ε εὐορκοῦσι μὲν ἡμῖν εὖ εἴη α

Ἁτρῆς Ἁρπαήσιος καὶ αὐτοῦ ἀδελφὸς Ἁρσισόις καὶ Λαδάμας Πελάσιος καὶ Ἁρσιῆσις Ὥρου καὶ Ἁτρῆς Σεμθέως καὶ Σεμθονάης Μεγχείους τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Κορφοτοὶ Ἡρακλείωι τοπάρ χηι Ἀγήματος. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἀπέχειν παρά σου διὰ τῆς Ἀρείου δημοσίας τραπέζης εἰς ἀπεργασίαν ὧν κεχειρογραφήκαμεν χωμάτων τριῶν περὶ τὴν κώμην ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν εἴκοσι γίνονται δραχμαὶ ρκ ἃς καὶ ἀπεργώμεθα ἐξ ὑγιοῦς καὶ οὐδὲν ἐγκαλοῦμεν.
