Description

Der Schal stammt aus dem Haushalt von Abraham Levin, Berlin (geb. 1860), Großvater von Frau Hertz, und hat dort lange als Klavierdecke gedient. Die Bestimmung, dass es sich um eine türkische Stickerei handelt (wahrscheinlich Maschinenarbeit und um die Jahrhundertwende entstanden), erfolgte nach: Bernhard Dietrich: Kleinasiatische Stickereien, Plauen 1911.
