Rear: Dionysos steht auf einer Cista nach l. In seiner l. Hand hält er einen Thyrsosstab und in der r. Hand ein Gefäß (kantharos). Außen l. und r. je eine Schlange, deren Schwänze miteinander verwunden sind.
Punched: Intentionally marked with a punch, both contemporary to the object and later. In contrast to a countermark of a much more simple design. Not to be confused with punches creating a positive image, which were used during the manufacture of a die.
