Provenience: Mindestens seit 1872 im Bestand des Münzkabinetts. Möglicherweise handelt es sich um das schon das 1810 und um 1818 nachgewiesene Exemplar.
Pierced: Intentional hole(s) pierced through a coin so that it can be worn on a neclace, sewn onto textiles, etc. In case of paper money such a perforation often indicates devaluation.
Graffito: Lettering or similar mark incised into the surface of a coin that had meaning in the contemporary context of the coin.
